Hi there, terrific site! So much to see! I'm building heroics armies and just wondered if you could tell me what figures you used for your cossacks in the blue jackets. I have just bought H&R cossacks and there doesn't seem to be this example within.

Best Regards

Now now Silent! Thanks for the nice comments. The figures which I used for the cossacks are Prussian Landwher cavalry. I just snipped off the lance pennants for some & trimmed the lance down to appear as a bow for others. The brown fellas in the piccy are meant to Kalmuks. The beauty of 6mm is that you can make conversions much easier & get away with it. I hope this helps.

All the best MrF

Thanks MrF, that does help. In your pic they look very convincing for regular or guard cossacks which Heroics lack, so this is brilliant news for me! You're right it is easy to convert these chaps, for irregular cossacks I've mixed in cossacks from WWII & from the Renaissance!
Thanks for the prompt reply sir.
If you're interested I've just started a blog, not much on there so far but I'll get there..
